Editor improves proposal text and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve a high level of readability, clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy for proposal artifacts. Corrects for grammar, style, punctuation, present tense, and active voice across all proposal volumes and sections. The level of edit is dependent upon the on the time allotted and varies to include the following services: basic copy-editing (e.g. grammar, spelling, and punctuation); enforcing a style guide; one voicing; reducing page count; significantly restructuring content.
Proposal Coordinator manages the administration aspects of the proposal process from proposal kickoff to final submission. Coordinators work collaboratively with proposal stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective proposal development, serving as the quality control center for all proposal development activities, including planning, preparing proposal templates, tracking graphics, desktop publishing, as well as reviewing, printing, and preparing the final product for submission.
Graphic Artist communicates complex solutions and processes using pictures to save 1000s of words. Collaborates with SMEs to translate comprehensive technical concepts into easy to understand visual content and artwork.
Business Development provides leadership and develops pursuit strategies including identifying, qualifying, and developing a robust pipeline to support customer shortterm and long-term growth objectives. Business Development services include strategic research on potential clients, competitors, and practice developments; crafting and executing a range of go-to-market strategies; identifying business trends and opportunities; developing and presenting client-facing capture campaigns, and developing value propositions, discriminators, and solutions aligned to pursuit strategies.
B2B Marketing Expertise provides go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing campaigns. Services include content creation, digital advertising, social media strategy and events. Desktop Publisher designs, formats and produces proposal artifacts such as proposal templates, orals presentations, and master copies of proposals in accordance with proposal format compliance requirements. Collaborates with Proposal Managers and Coordinators to translate compliance matrices into compliant templates with specific instructions to assist technical authors.
